What are OKRs?

OKRs, short for Objectives and Key Results, are a framework for goal setting and measuring progress that helps organizations to clearly define and achieve their strategic goals. In practice, OKRs are particularly useful because they improve alignment and focus within a team or organization.

An Objective is a clear, inspiring goal to be achieved. Key Results are measurable outcomes that show progress towards achieving this objective. Through regular review and adjustment, the OKR Objective helps you to keep the team on track and respond quickly to change.

In practice, the OKR methodology helps to prioritize and ensure that all employees are working towards the same goals. They promote transparency and accountability by setting clear expectations and making progress measurable. This allows teams to work more efficiently and continuously improve their performance.
